Description

One of the areas to strengthen the social and personnel policy in the long term development of the Institute is a mentoring pilot project , which might look like this :
1. JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Joly " seeks opportunities to search for potentially gifted teenager / student for further learning opportunities in the sphere in which the company is in dire need ;
2 . JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Joly " assumes responsibility regarding the choice of the university , as well as payment for training , monitors progress ;
3 . Upon completion of training JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Joly " takes young professional staff , with further training opportunities , as well as developing individual development plan in the medium term ;
4 . JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Joly " as a qualification to rotate young frame.

Objectives

The aim is to create skilled workers for top management of the company, which will initially understand the strategy and capabilities of the company, taking into account the strengthening of the company's authority in the social sphere.
